Job Description:
As a Client Support Specialist at Ameren in Abu Dhabi, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to effectively utilize our products and services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Provide training and guidance to clients on how to effectively use our products and services - Actively monitor client satisfaction and work to continuously improve customer experience - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for product improvement - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback
Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to effectively persuade and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
