Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Celanese in Dubai. As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and is ideal for someone at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing information about products and services - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner - Assisting with order processing and tracking - Conducting market research and competitor analysis - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation skills - Ability to effectively manage people and work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
