Job Description:
New York Life Insurance in Dubai is looking for a part-time Contact Center Assistant to join our team at the Associate Level. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and chat. You will assist clients with inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and help resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from clients 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies 3. Assist clients with account inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing 4. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner 5. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved 6. Update client information in the system accurately and efficiently 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service delivery 8. Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Independent and hardworking mindset 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research information effectively 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
