Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Aetna in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries or concerns - Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner - Conducting research to provide accurate information to customers - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively - Assisting with data entry and maintaining customer records - Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent customer service - Providing support to Contact Center Agents as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Excellent research abilities to provide accurate information to customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work part-time hours
