Contact Center Assistant

Job description:

Spectra Energy is seeking a part-time Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Monitoring and responding to emails and online chat inquiries. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on customer requests. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone etiquette. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
