Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description: The Remote Contact Center Assistant position at Priceline Group in Dubai is a part-time role with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for our remote contact center operations.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with bookings - Utilizing internal systems and resources to research and resolve customer concerns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of service - Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Reliable and independent individual who can work remotely with minimal supervision - Strong planning and organization skills to manage workload efficiently - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and research tasks
