Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Apache is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide exceptional customer service to our clients in Abu Dhabi, AE. This role is at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may encounter. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call resolution, and productivity.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and independent individual who can effectively work from home. 2. Strong leadership skills and adaptability to changing customer needs. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Proficiency in using contact center software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus.
