Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Lam Research is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from the comfort of your own home in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers experiencing issues with our products - Assisting customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges - Escalating customer concerns to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates - Participating in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a virtual team environment - Creativity and critical thinking skills to effectively problem solve and find solutions for customers - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure productivity while working from home
