Job Description:
We are seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at PG&E Corp. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dubai. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution. 3. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize analysis and decision-making skills to address customer concerns effectively. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company. 8. Utilize remote work flexibility to balance work duties with personal responsibilities. 9. Manage travel and spending expenses efficiently to support customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Confident and reliable personality traits to engage with customers effectively. 3. Strong analysis and decision-making skills to address customer needs efficiently. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in using technology and various communication channels. 7. Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
