Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

First Data in Abu Dhabi is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and reliable. Additionally, candidates should have strong soft skills in presentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Update customer accounts and records with relevant information. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. 8. Must be adaptable, reliable, have strong presentation skills, and pay attention to detail.
