Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Devon Energy is seeking a highly motivated Contact Center Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders. This is a part-time entry-level position that does not require any previous experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product and service-related questions, resolve issues, and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department. 3. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct surveys, or provide information. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals and improve overall performance. 7. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and uphold the company's reputation.

Requirements: 1. Driven and energetic personality. 2. Excellent negotiation and teamwork skills. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. 8. Must be eligible to work in Dubai.
