Job Description:

Oneok is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Contact Center Associate in our Dubai office. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team innovation initiatives. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and compliance standards at all times.
