Job Description:
Rite Aid is seeking a reliable and confident Contact Center Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time entry-level position requires no previous experience and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner - Assisting customers with placing orders, checking product availability, and tracking shipments - Updating customer account information and processing payments - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Following company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Adhering to performance metrics and goals set by the Contact Center Manager
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems - Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
