Job Description:
L-3 Communications is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. As a Remote Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions. 3. Managing customer accounts and updating information accurately. 4. Utilizing company software and systems to track customer interactions and resolve issues. 5. Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. 6. Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to address complex customer needs. 7.
