Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Contact Center Associate to join our team at Tesoro. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing remote customer support to our clients based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services, as well as resolve any customer complaints or issues. 3. Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers with their needs. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence others. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
