Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Abu Dhabi Media Company is currently seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work from home. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
