Contact Center Associate - Work from home

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking for a work-life balance. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding healthcare inquiries and claims. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions accurately. 3. Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to assist customers in understanding their healthcare benefits and coverage. 4. Document and update customer information in the database accurately. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely resolution of customer inquiries. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism in all interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individuals eager to excel in a customer service role. 2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously. 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. 7. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
