Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Express Scripts Holding is seeking a passionate and dedicated Contact Center Associate to work from home in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time entry-level position requires 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service. 2. Use various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to connect with customers and address their needs. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company's database. 4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality and meet performance goals. 5. Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills through training and feedback sessions. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 2. Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic. 4. Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data entry and customer support. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team while maintaining a positive attitude. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
