Job description:
We are looking for a confident and dedicated Contact Center Manager to join our team at Dubai Financial Market. As a mid-to-senior level position, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure excellence in customer service delivery. - Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center operations, including call handling, customer inquiries, and issue resolution. - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded. - Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and support to develop their skills and capabilities. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Experience with contact center technologies and CRM systems. - Confidence and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
