Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Travelers Cos. is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 8 years of experience in contact center management. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, and possess strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the contact center operations - Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer service and satisfaction - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the contact center meets or exceeds goals - Train, coach, and mentor contact center staff to deliver exceptional customer service - Implement and maintain contact center technology and systems - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Develop and implement initiatives to improve contact center efficiency and performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - Proven experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of contact center technology and systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
