Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


State Farm Insurance Cos. in Dubai is looking for a dedicated and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficiency in handling client inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of contact center representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center operations, including call routing, response time, and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in contact center management. 2. Strong communication and leadership skills. 3. Proven track record of driving performance and achieving targets. 4. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 5. Ability to think strategically and conduct research. 6. Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates. 7.
