Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


McKesson is seeking a Contact Center Manager to work from home in Dubai. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management. The Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing productivity.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase efficiency - Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring swift resolution - Conduct regular training and development sessions for contact center staff to enhance skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments to implement cross-functional initiatives and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in contact center management - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong time management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Experience with CRM systems and contact center software - Flexibility to work part-time hours - Visa sponsorship available
