Job Description:
Harman International Industries is seeking a qualified Contact Center Manager to work remotely from home in Abu Dhabi. In this part-time position, the Contact Center Manager will oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure the smooth operation of the contact center.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center, including monitoring call queues, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the contact center. 3. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and implement improvements to processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the contact center remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer service or contact center management role. 3. Proven track record of successful team leadership, with a focus on driving results and exceeding KPIs. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a remote team. 5. Independent and reliable work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. 6. Strong time management and research skills to effectively juggle multiple priorities and tasks. 7. Proficiency in using contact center software and CRM systems.
