Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job description:


As a Contact Center Manager at Fluor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contact center operations while working from home. This role requires a dedicated and adaptable individual with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, ensuring productivity and efficiency - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and response times - Monitor key performance indicators and track performance metrics - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to align contact center operations with company goals - Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Excellent communication skills - Proven track record of driving results and meeting targets - Adaptable to changing environments and priorities - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
