Job Description:
We are looking for a Contact Center Manager to join our team at Kellogg, a global leader in the food industry. This position is part-time and offers the flexibility to work from home. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 8 years of experience in contact center management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and optimize call center performance - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets - Train, mentor, and coach contact center representatives to ensure a high level of customer service - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Lead and participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and challenges - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in contact center management - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Motivated and hardworking personality traits - Proficient in project management and problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills - Familiarity with contact center software and tools - Ability to work from home effectively and efficiently
