Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries or issues, and promoting products or services.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Provide information about products, services, and promotions. 4. Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism. 5. Update customer information in the database. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, adherence, and resolution time. 7. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Independent and motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers effectively. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
