Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Contact Center Officer to join our team at Freeport-McMoRan in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from clients. 2. Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintaining a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers. 5. Utilizing strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions. 6. Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations of the contact center. 7. Documenting customer interactions and keeping accurate records in the system. 8. Following company guidelines and policies to ensure quality service delivery. 9. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. 3. Ability to strategically plan and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 5. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software is a plus. 7. Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
