Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

United Rentals is seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to customers regarding rental equipment, pricing, availability, and logistics - Process orders, reservations, and payments accurately - Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed - Assist with general administrative tasks as required

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly - Proficient in using computer systems and comfortable with learning new software applications - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments
