Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team at L Brands in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, possess leadership skills, and have strong planning abilities.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide assistance and information to customers regarding products, services, and orders - Process customer orders and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends - Must be motivated and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
