Contact Center Officer

Best Buy is seeking a motivated and dedicated Contact Center Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a leading electronics retailer, we are committed to providing excellent customer service through our contact center operations.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Providing product information and assistance with online orders - Updating customer information in the database accurately - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by management - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Adaptability to different situations and customer needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required

Personality traits: - Motivated to succeed and excel in a fast-paced environment - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service at all times

Soft skills: - Adaptability to changing situations and customer inquiries - Attention to detail to ensure accurate information and data entry
