Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

PPL is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Dubai, AE. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a reliable and resilient personality, with strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide support and assistance to customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the brand in a positive light - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed
