Contact Center Representative

Job description:

Tenneco is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, possess strong decision-making skills, and have a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company - Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Experience with CRM systems is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
