Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


As a Contact Center Representative at Dillard’s in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers efficiently and professionally - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase customer satisfaction and sales - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a culture of innovation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
