Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


ManpowerGroup is seeking a dedicated and energetic Contact Center Representative to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Provide information on products, services, and promotions in a professional and courteous manner - Use persuasion skills to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Resolve customer issues and complaints by utilizing problem-solving skills and escalating when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality assurance targets - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and achieve team goals - Stay current with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) - Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
