Job Description:
CBS is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support channels.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain a positive attitude and high level of energy throughout all customer interactions - Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address customer needs - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously - Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Energetic and driven personality - Strong people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection - Previous experience working remotely is a plus
