Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a Contact Center Representative to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will be motivated, resourceful, and possess strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and product information - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong analytical and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required
