Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

US Foods Holding is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Dubai for a part-time, work-from-home position. As an Entry Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, provide updates, and gather feedback. 3. Managing customer accounts, updating information, and ensuring accuracy in data entry. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilizing resources effectively to provide timely and accurate information to customers. 6. Demonstrating excellent people management skills in handling a variety of customer personalities. 7. Maintaining a cooperative attitude towards colleagues, clients, and partners to build strong relationships. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and uphold brand standards.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Resourceful and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong people management and cooperation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. 9. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. 10.
