Job Description:
Southwest Airlines is looking for a dedicated and independent Contact Center Representative to work from home in Dubai. This part-time position is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Southwest Airlines customers over the phone and through online channels.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Providing support to customers with booking flights, changing reservations, processing refunds, and resolving issues related to their travel experience - Utilizing analysis and negotiation skills to find creative solutions to customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance goals and metrics set by the company - Staying up-to-date on Southwest Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions - Adhering to all company policies and guidelines related to data security and customer privacy
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
