Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Goodyear Tire & Rubber is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is resourceful and hardworking.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Research and troubleshoot customer issues to provide accurate and efficient solutions. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. 4. Update customer records and information in the contact center database. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the contact center supervisor.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong research and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
