Job Description:
Whirlpool is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess excellent project management skills and adaptability.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat 2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention 4. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and track progress on open issues 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and data security standards
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment 5. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
