Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Abu Dhabi Media Company. As a part-time entry-level position based in Dubai, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and messages from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customer problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and adapt is essential - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits are a must - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and workspace to work remotely - Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
