Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Emirates Aluminium is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a leading company in the aluminum industry, we value innovation and collaboration on a global scale. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals with at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service - Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and provide accurate information - Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and chat channels - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction - Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer interactions - Strong research skills to quickly gather and analyze information to assist customers - Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
