Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


UnitedHealth Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level role, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through multiple communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution provided. 6. Meet and exceed customer service metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
