Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Freeport-McMoRan in Abu Dhabi. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and responding to all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and clients. You will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues.


Responsibilities: - Answer and respond to incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Update customer information in the company database - Assist in maintaining contact center performance metrics - Participate in ongoing training and development programs - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong project management skills - Ability to cooperate with team members and collaborate effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed
