Job Description:
As a Remote Contact Center Specialist at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating and finding appropriate solutions. 3. Process customer orders, account changes, and service requests accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle various customer situations. 2. Strong presentation and research skills to communicate effectively and find solutions for customers. 3. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. 5. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Must have a quiet workspace, reliable internet connection, and a dedicated work phone line.
