Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Macy’s in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics - Update customer records and information in the database

Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications - Strong project management skills - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team - Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
