Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Macy’s is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level with 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, have strong people management skills, and be adaptable to various situations.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations - Utilize company systems and tools to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Meet or exceed performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends - Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable internet access - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
