Job Description:
J.B. Hunt Transport Services is currently seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and the personality traits of confidence and motivation. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills in negotiation and analysis.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
