Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

State Street Corp. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assisting customers with account management and billing inquiries - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Escalating complex issues to management as needed - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
