Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Baxter International is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is energetic, independent, and looking to gain valuable experience in customer care. As an Entry Level role, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Continuously improving customer care processes and procedures - Providing feedback to management on customer needs and trends

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excellent time management and organizational skills
